Book a Meeting
Schedule an initial consultation to discuss the scope and objectives of the assessment. This meeting will help us understand your organization's needs and align our diagnostic approach.
Complete Pre-work
We send you a pre-work document to fill out. This document aims to capture your current ad-hoc tasks, rhythmic tasks, delegated tasks, meetings, and the communication channels your teams use.
Conduct Assessment
We use insights from the pre-work document to understand how people work with the systems they use. This involves identifying the tools and technologies in use, evaluating their effectiveness, and assessing how well they are integrated into daily workflows. By doing so, we can pinpoint areas for improvement.
Share Findings
We present a detailed report summarizing the diagnostic findings, including identified challenges and inefficiencies. This report will provide insights for leadership to plan the next steps.
