We conduct workshops with teams to understand how and with which platforms they're doing their day-to-day work. We help them describe what is painful and successful, and we review the use of significant platforms in play.
We analyze our findings to discover themes and identify opportunities where the business could improve. We also rank the various business units on our maturity index to understand how well established technology is in the business
We document the findings into a report that sets out initiatives for the company as a whole (where there are common themes) and for the business units (where challenges were more localized).
We present the findings to the leadership team and collaborate with the business to prioritize the initiatives. The final document and prioritized initiatives will then guide the leadership team in setting the strategy in addressing the identified gaps.
